iO Associates have partnered with a growing business involved in the Waste industry. They have a brand new depot based in Rugby and are in need of a Warehouse & Stores Supervisor to join the expanding team.

In this fast paced and demanding environment you will have full responsibility for stock control in order to support their field service department, part sales and workshop requirements. The industry is very demanding, so strong sense of responsibility is needed to get the job done and build long lasting relationships with regular customers. The ability to speak with customers over the phone is also an advantage.

On a day to day basis you will be monitoring and controlling stock including consumables as well as inventory management, good in receipts and issuing as well as picking/packing and processing of customer parts.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Inventory Control - a good working understanding of how warehouse stores operate. Ability to control stock levels to meet expected demands.
  • Team ethic - the successful candidate will be a senior member in a new team of Customer Service driven personnel, although the primary focus of this roles will be stores and stock control.
  • A good working knowledge of Automotive components and similar (especially hydraulic and mechanical) is a distinct advantage.
  • Flexibility - ability to adjust working hours when necessary, in order to achieve company goals.
  • Customer service skills - specifically using the telephone and e-mail.
  • Solid computer knowledge is a requirement, and knowledge of SAP systems would be an additional advantage, although not a pre-requisite as full training will be given.


The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and in return you will receive a salary between £30,000-£35,000 along with a company pension scheme and 25 days holiday plus BH.
