2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd Line Support Role - Immediate Start - Birmingham - On site - £18 P/H

I'm reaching out today as I have a fantastic new opportunity that has come up with one of our clients. The role itself will be working on site and pays a rate of £18 P/H.

In this new role you will be a vital member of the infrastructure team providing 2nd Line support thorughout different sites that this organisation has in Birmingham. You will need to have a strong background providing second line support, prefferably working in role where you've been required to visit multiple locations.

This is an urgent position with a potnetial start date for next week. You will be required to travel aroujnd to different sites in Birmingham so you will need access to a car and be willing to travel around.

The key requirements for this role are:

• 2nd Line support experience
• Experience working on different locations
• Ability to start a new role with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to hit the ground runnning
