IT Support Consultant
Netherlands (Remote working available)

Are you looking for a position with full training and the opportunity to excel your career?
Do you have experience with IT software? Or perhaps experience in the retail sector? This could be as a shop/retail manager.
Very well established, this international company are a global supplier of integrated business systems into retailers, manufacturers, and distributors.
I am looking for candidates with the following experience:
- English and Dutch speaking
- Background in IT Software, IT Support, OR background in retail sector
- Experience working with IT equipment
Day to day you will be involved with:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level customer support to software over phone, chat and email
- Perform assessment, investigations and resolutions of incidents and requests
- Troubleshoot issues through to a successful resolution or provide sufficient information for escalation to the 3rd level support team
All in all, this is a role with great training and future career prospects.
