iO Associates is working with a leading HealthTech company on a mission to transform diagnostic services across the UK. We're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who doesn't just tick boxes - but actually gets things moving.
This is a role for someone who understands the inner workings of the NHS, has strong radiology know-how, and knows how to navigate complex internal processes to shift projects up the queue. You'll thrive in environments where others get stuck - using relationships, experience and a solutions-first mindset to keep things flowing.
The role is hybrid - which includes remote working with travel across the UK to visit client sites. You will have full-travel expenses plus a £5,000 per year car allowance.
The role:
You'll take ownership of the post-sale relationship, working closely with NHS Trusts from onboarding through to mobilisation and continued service delivery. This role sits at the intersection of relationships, delivery and momentum - and it's essential to the success of the business.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders - especially across radiology teams and service managers
- Lead the onboarding and mobilisation of new clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to NHS partners
- Monitor engagement post-implementation and help drive adoption and expansion
- Flag risks early, escalate where necessary, and ensure the internal delivery team is aligned
- Capture and relay customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements in service and product
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of NHS processes, culture, and stakeholder dynamics
- Experience supporting or managing projects in Radiology, Imaging, or wider HealthTech
- A consultative, relationship-led approach
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and build momentum
- Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver
Why join?
You'll join a fast-paced, collaborative, and impact-driven team where your insight and energy directly influence outcomes across NHS Trusts. If you know how to make things happen inside the NHS, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.
Initial interviews will be carried out online on Thursday 26th June. Please don't hesitate to apply!
