Location: Hybrid - remote with regular UK-wide travel (regionally focused)

iO Associates are working with a leading healthcare technology provider dedicated to transforming the delivery of health services across the UK. Their mission is to improve healthcare for patients, clinicians, and administrative teams by delivering innovative digital solutions and strategic consulting.

Role Overview:

The business is looking to hire a Transformation Consultant to join their senior leadership team on a permanent basis. This role blends strategic leadership, client relationship management, and consultative delivery within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be a senior presence in client engagements, driving regional digital transformation strategies and supporting corporate development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Create and implement account strategies, ensure alignment with regional plans, and develop ICS opportunities
  • Act as the senior point of contact and escalation for client engagements, ensuring positive outcomes and overseeing KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal transformation teams
  • Provide market intelligence and support new business development

Skills:

  • Strong consulting or delivery experience within the healthcare sector
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful results through projects, programmes, or client engagements
  • Able to identify and act on new opportunities
  • Proven ability to create and implement strategies and plans
  • Ability to combine product knowledge with client needs to deliver complex solutions
  • Skilled in using data and metrics to drive performance improvements
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members (desirable)
