Job Description: Firmware Engineer

Position Summary: As a Firmware Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize embedded software for our cutting-edge IoT products. Your expertise in embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, RTOS, and IoT protocols will be critical to the success of our devices.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers and hardware engineers to define firmware requirements.
- Develop and maintain embedded software for IoT devices, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement communication protocols (such as MQTT) for seamless connectivity.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to firmware, hardware, and system integration.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing and validation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in embedded C/C++ development.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, or similar) and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Knowledge of IoT protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
