Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €90,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic and technically strong Head of Salesforce Platform & DevOps to define, lead, and evolve our Salesforce landscape. As the Salesforce platform owner, you'll take charge of governance, architecture, and DevOps strategy, ensuring best practices are embedded across delivery teams.

What you'll bring:

Strong background in Salesforce platform management and strategic leadership.
Proven expertise across Salesforce architecture, design, customisation, and integrations (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.).
Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce DevOps frameworks, including tools such as Gearset, Jira, and Confluence.
Skilled in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.

Bonus points for:

Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II.
Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, CPQ, or other advanced Salesforce capabilities.
Experience with agile delivery models and modern project management practices.
Awareness of third-party solutions available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Domain experience within Legal, Professional Services, or similar industries.
Exposure to Certinia, DMS, Time Recording, or MuleSoft integration environments.
