iO Associates are working in partnership with an IT services provider who are involved with the design, development, implementation and management of information and systems across multiple industry sectors.

We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Alert & Event Manager to join them at their site in Wiltshire, on a permanent basis, where you will be responsible for assisting their customers directly in the support of their operational secure network. The role will involve incident management and resolution on secure customer systems.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following experience:

• Subject matter expert-level knowledge of a Monitoring Solution such as: BMC suite of services and some experience in the Relevant Technologies:
• SolarWinds and associated modules (NPM, SAM, NTA, VMAN)
• Riverbed NetIM/Application Response Expert (ARX)
• BMC suite of services (Truesight/Discovery)
• WhatsUp Gold
• Microsoft System Center Operation Manager (SCOM)
• Tanium
• Tripwire
• Lumeta

In return for your support, we are offering a base salary of up to £57,000, plus benefits inclusive of bonus, pension, health care and much more.
