iO Associates is seeking a Lead Software Sustainment Engineer to work with a company with a solid track record of delivering managed services, products, consulting, and research and development, a top-tier engineering and technology business that serves clients all over the world.

We are seeking a Lead Software Sustainment Engineer to handle technical training for our own staff, technical consulting for clients, and product porting to new hardware platforms as needed.

You should be familiar with the following technical skills:

• Linux (preferably Centos, Rocky, or Red Hat)
• Software development using C++
• Networks Protocols
• Socket programming Web-based tools like Django and React
• Databases for SQL, preferably PostgreSQL
• Utilising a variety of tools, including Jenkins, Gitlab, and Robot Framework, for testing and diagnostics

Desirable:

• Python, and Javascript, among other languages

Note: We need you to be eligible for DV clearance due to the nature of this employment. You must therefore be a citizen of the UK and have lived there for the past ten years.
