Process Engineer (Temp - Perm)

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Up to £55ph Outside IR35

We're working with a leading engineering business in Oxfordshire who are seeking a Process Engineer to join on an initial 3-month contract, with the view to transition into a permanent position. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing composite manufacturing processes for technology used in the Energy sector.

Role Overview

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for composite components
Support the transition from prototype to scalable production methods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and operations
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
Document and standardise procedures and best practices

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a composites environment
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques for fibre-reinforced composites
Understanding of process development, tooling, and materials handling
Experience within Renewable is desirable but not essential
Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
