Role Overview:
The business is looking to hire a Senior Regional Transformation Lead to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role that combines regional strategy, senior client leadership, consultative delivery, and revenue growth within existing NHS accounts.

- Collaborate with internal transformation teams to deliver solutions that address client needs and deliver meaningful impact
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key external partners, such as NHS regional teams, NHSE, DHSC, and health innovation networks
- Coach and inspire internal teams to develop their skills and deliver high-quality client outcomes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong consulting, transformation, or delivery experience within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated success in leading senior client relationships at a strategic level
- Experience working with or alongside NHS regional, system-level, or national organisations
- Proven ability to drive account growth, lead renewals, and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of care pathway transformation, digital health solutions, and system improvement
- Strong ability to blend structured, evidence-led change with human-centred leadership and storytelling
- Leadership experience - able to coach and develop teams (formal management experience is desirable but not essential)
The Benefits:
- Bonus structure
- Hybrid working and flexible hours
- Expensed travel
- Flexible holiday allowance
- Annual pay review

- Inclusive perks and benefits package
If you're a consultative, strategic leader with a passion for healthcare transformation and a desire to make a genuine impact within the NHS, we would love to hear from you.
