Senior Project Manager - UK Police Force Up to £57,975 Midlands Office / 3 Days Onsite per Week

A UK Police force is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of technology and data projects. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping critical initiatives that support policing and public safety.

What you'll be doing

Successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Leading cross‑functional project teams to build new technology solutions and enhance existing systems
Providing accurate project forecasting, reporting, and governance
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Operating across both Agile and Waterfall environments
Supporting and mentoring junior project managers and team members

What we're looking for

Proven experience managing projects across multiple sectors (public and private)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead diverse teams and drive delivery in complex environments
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Policing experience is beneficial but not essential
Prince2 and Agile certifications are desirable
