Business Analyst

I am working with my Bristol based client who specialises in creative software to find a capable Business Analyst to join their project analysis team and lead their discovery process on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a BA role in a digital/IT sector to join a support and growing team on a hybrid basis.

You will:

• Lead business requirement generation for complex digital transformation projects.
• Define and process map future 'to be' business processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX consultants to inform and review design suitability.
• Design and lead workshops (in-person and remote) to develop insights and solutions.
• Contribute to risk/issue mitigation with the project team.
• Maintain knowledge of third-party products like Umbraco and Microsoft Dynamics.
