Role Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Production Project Manager (m/f/d) Refit to join their team at the Emden site. This strategic role involves overseeing technical meetings, construction supervision, negotiations, and ensuring seamless project coordination. It offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a prestigious marine project.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical meetings with subcontractors and supervise construction activities
Negotiate changes and additional work with stakeholders
Coordinate construction meetings and manage communication with various parties
Represent the shipyard externally and resolve production-related issues
Support quality assurance and ensure integrated cooperation across departments
Develop technical solutions and oversee commissioning processes

Essential Skills & Experience

Technical university degree or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in managing complex projects
Proficiency in ERP systems and IT tools
Strong project management skills and commercial acumen
Fluency in German and English
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Excellent team and communication abilities

Desirable Skills & Experience

Additional languages advantageous
Previous experience in the maritime industry
