2nd Line Support

A dynamic enterprise, with wide ranging capabilities, has an immediate need to add an experienced Second Line professional to their Desktop Support team. This is due to an increase in demand from their extensive user base.

The position will entail:

Reporting to the Desktop Lead
Supporting and maintaining IT Infrastructure
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining knowledge of new technologies and sharing innovative ideas
Supporting and mentoring 1st Line when required

Key expertise required:

Previous experience in a similar 2nd Line position
Broad infrastructure knowledge, including diagnosing, repairing and solving server & network related issues
