We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

Our C4i department is hiring a Chief Engineer, reporting to the Head of Engineering for C4i, to act as technical lead and design authority for the business unit.

The role will see you supporting the business across programme delivery and bid work. You will work with all engineering teams to ensure governance and quality of deliveries within C4i. This opportunity will offer either an established Chief Engineer or highly experienced Engineer the opportunity to play a part in the continued growth of the business unit, working on a diverse range of tasks within a high growth environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as design authority.

• Ensuring that key project and engineering duties are fulfilled

• Technical authority for the C4i department and deliveries

• Managing the transfer of technology and knowledge

• Direct liaison with engineering departments

• Reviewing resource demand needed across the business

What we're looking for:

• Personal focus on high-performance and excellence

• Logical problem solver

• Experience of systems engineering & integration of complex C4i systems

• Experience of chairing design reviews

• Experience of engineering governance and control of configuration

• Knowledge of IBM ELM; DOORS, Rhapsody RQM & RTC
