Due to newly awarded contracts this global healthcare software organisation is looking for x2 Clinical Consultants.

As the Clinical Consultant you will play a key role in the implementation of the solution.

The Clinical Consultant will provide customer support regarding optimising clinical workflow processes and act as an expert product resource for the customer.

This is a permanent role and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers to understand the work processes and requirements that are required to be addressed by the product.
• Determine how to map the business requirements of the customer onto the product features using the methodologies and processes.
• Deliver successful application implementation phases
• Being an expert clinical product resource for the customer
• Work with customers to identify potential changes and new features within the product.
• Contributing to and being involved in new product features and roadmap items
• Contribute to the development of lifecycle taking ownership of the product in terms of patient safety and usability

To be successful in this role:

• You must have a clinical background (if still registered this will be highly regarded)
• Qualified Clinical Safety Officer or willing to undertake an accredited CSO course
• Educated to degree level or equivalent clinical experience
• Experience of working in software product companies focused within healthcare or experience of working with software deployment within NHS teams.
