iO Associates are on the lookout for multiple Systems Engineer to work for a well-recognised Defence company, designing a maritime training system to be used in the Royal Navy.

The project is in the very early stages of its 10-year roadmap with a real opportunity to influence systems development and be involved in a contract with extensive longevity.

Role responsibilities will be to design systems techniques to meet agreed requirements, as well as support assessment, trials, and evaluation of the training systems.

Ideally, they are looking to onboard contractors with experience in systems integration and verification to provide the expertise within the team.

The rate on offer is £500-600 per day, outside IR35, and offered on a hybrid basis, where predominately the work can be done remotely, but with 25% on-site in Bristol and an occasional trip to additional base's when required for the project.
