iO Associates has partnered with a leading aerospace industry player, offering a range of services including industrialization, manufacturing, and quality control. We are seeking a Customer Interface/ TL Aircraft Manager to join our dynamic team.

Customer Interface/ Team Leader Aircraft Manager

Location: Hamburg

Salary: Up to €68,000 per annum

Start Date: June 2024

Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the liaison between the company and the final customer for operational matters.
Coordinate project milestones according to customer priorities
Maintain reliability of End of Work information for the customer
Keep IT tools and databases updated.
Facilitate internal communication among Aircraft Managers, Technical Coordinators, Production, and Quality teams.
Manage technical tasks and high-risk jobs affecting customer deadlines.
Participate in daily meetings with the customer.
Handle operational escalations at levels 2 and 3.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, and Documentation standards.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial or manufacturing Engineering
Aeronautics experience, preferably in Airbus Manufacturing of Single Aisle family
Fluent in English and German
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Analytical mindset with a focus on organizational improvements
Autonomous, solution-oriented, and precise work ethic
Flexible and collaborative team player
