Title: Customer Support Executive

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Bath (Hybrid)

iO Associates are closely working with one of the UK's leading SaaS companies. Our client help lenders, banks and start-ups across the globe manage their products.
They focus on providing quality support on their award winning products to their global clients in order to maintain their position as market leaders.

Our client are in the market for two customer support executive to join their growing team. This opportunity comes with a lot of exciting projects and scope for progression!

What they're looking for:

A highly enthusiastic individual who has experience working in a SaaS environment and comfortable being customer facing as you will be the first point of contact when it comes to customer issues.

You'll be working closely with the product specialist team and helping clients understand how to get the most out of our clients bespoke systems.


The role:

Troubleshooting issues with customers to better understand their challenge and ensure we assign the correct priority.

Aiming to fix recurring issues using training knowledge, guidelines and troubleshooting.

Documentation, reporting, updating and resolving tickets.
