Role: EPR Support Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £25,000 - £31,000 per annum plus HCAS

Type: FTC

Length: 18 Months

iO Associates are working with a healthcare trust at an exciting time of their workforce expansion. They are looking for an experienced EPR Support Analyst to join the IT Department and support users across both the Acute hospital and in the community for clinical applications.

As EPR Support Analyst you will be lead specialist in your field of Cerner and RiO. You will provide clinical system application level technical support for Acute and Community end users as well as assist with and support the service redesign workstreams.

Requirements:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

- Extensive experience of clinical system support with Cerner or RiO

- Proven experience of NHS Acute or Community Trust clinical systems and processes

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of staff including consultant staff, explaining complex technical issues

- Good customer care attitude
