You will be joining an innovative project that is poised to transform cross-country travel with a focus on environmental sustainability and advanced technology.

To excel in this position, you must foster robust, constructive relationships among various safety components including Aviation Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Occupational Safety (both Operations and Office/Workplace), and Health and Well-being.

Skills Required:

University degree or apprenticeship completion.
5-10 years in Health, Safety, and Environment, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or related sectors.
Strong grasp of European (especially German) HSE regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee a team of HSE professionals, offering direction and assistance to ensure effective performance in their positions.
Formulate and implement a thorough HSE strategy that corresponds with the objectives of the organization.
Deliver reports to senior management regarding the efficacy of the HSE management system and identify areas for enhancement.
Spearhead the formulation, deployment, tracking, and evaluation of HSE objectives, targets, aspects, and initiatives company-wide.
