IT Consultant (Genesys)

iO Associates are working with one of the most technically innovative companies in Bristol. They are on the lookout for an IT Consultant to join their ever-expanding team.

They are completely set up for a 100% remote onboarding process. They are able to interview, offer, and get you started completely remotely.

This IT Consultant will work with clients to deliver state of the art, tailored solutions.

Role: IT Consultant

Location: North Bristol

Salary: Negotiable and Competitive

This role will predominantly involve working with Genesys - although Genesys experience is preferential, it is by no means neccessary. Any similar experience with other products would also be useful - the company provides fantastic training and development.

This role will involve:

* Understanding business requirements

* Automating repetitive tasks

* Configuring solutions

* Hosting pre-sales sessions

* User case mapping

* Working with auxilary systems
