Lead Developer - Bristol - 4-day working week - £50k - £55k - Hybrid

iO Associates are currently working with Digital Agency in the Travel sector that is looking for a Lead Developer to come and join their team.

They are currently making a transition to go into more of a product-based company, so the role will be more around developing a product to sell to the end client as well as speaking to clients and delivering a project.

They are looking for a hands-on coder who can run a team, projects and take ownership of the product. You will hit the ground running working to make their product more scalable as it is currently undergoing a re-architecture.

The role is paying up to £55k with benefits including a 4-day working week and no holiday limit!
