An international defence and aerospace company is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who has a strong background in IT across Hardware, Software and Networks, ideally within a simulation environment. This is due to rapid growth of their site support team.

The company produce advanced systems for land, air, and sea defence. As a Lead Engineer, you will lead, and line manage multiple site managers. As well as simulation support engineers, who support advanced training systems. While liaising with clients and ensuring service levels are maintained.

Your role will include/Require:

• Leading and line managing site managers
• Liaising with client stakeholders and maintaining suitable service levels good
• Analyse performance data to make continuous improvements
• Strong background in IT and networks ideally within a simulation environment
• Good understanding of Hardware, Software and Systems Engineering
• SC cleared or clearable
