Job Title - Mosaic Developer

Contract - 3-6 months

Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite

Rate - £400 (Outside IR35)

Calling all experienced IT developers with a background in working in children's social care/ early help Matrix management.

iO associates are searching for someone to help improve and innovate an existing case management system to enhance the user experience and improve the workflow. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with children's social care, early help, or education sector, and Mosaic.

Requirements -

• An excellent track record in delivering case management systems in an educational environment.
• Experienced in Mosaic
• Evidence of, but not limited to: - SQL, VB, JS, Python, Java.
• Advanced skills within a Windows environment including Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well established project management skills, including project plan and team management as well as working with Mosaic champions and Super Users to ensure consistency across other teams.
• Work closely with operations to ensure the proper use of case management systems.
• The ability to be agile and adaptive to the change in business needs and efficiently find solutions.

The clients are looking for asap start dates, so ensure you will be immediately available or coming to an end of your contract. Potentially short notice periods could be looked at.
