The company are an SME business and have steered through the lockdown with aplomb and are now looking at future planning in the organisation, this being a priority role for them.

Systems Integration is a great market to be in right now with a number of companies beginning to experience a resurgence in the market as companies have identified inefficiencies in their operations or new parts of the business to automate, which means new projects and lots of PLCs & SCADAs to write!

This role is for a junior to mid-level control systems engineer and you will be joining a team of 11 engineers and working on a multitude of projects. The company structure adopting by the client ensures the opportunities to develop a strong technical skill set as well as having a great commercial understanding as Engineers are responsible for the whole delivery of PLC/SCADA projects.

What they are looking for

  • Degree or equivalent educational experience in Electrical Engineer (or similar)
  • 24 year's experience in PLC / SCADA based Automation Role
  • Ability or interest in working with customers and problem solving

This role will be stepping in to the shoes of one of the current directors who is looking to reduce his technical input so you will have the chance to learn from someone with a great deal of experience, as well as having a secure career.

The company have been incredibly stable for the last 30 years and the order books are starting to increase again so now is a great time to be joining.

The role is paying around £37,500 for the right candidate so, if you would be interested in finding out more then please contact Josh Shaw @ iO Associates or apply for the role on the link provided.
