Oracle Delivery Manager

Location- WFH (occasional travel to Dorset sight London)

Pay Rate - up to £600/ day Outside IR35

6 months initially (highly likely to extend)

As an Oracle Delivery Manager, you will lead complex projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Your role includes strategic contributions, supporting other managers, and fostering team collaboration and improvement.

Skills Required

Oracle HRMS/LMS implementation experience (highly desirable).
Healthcare experience is advantageous.
End-to-end project management experience, overseeing all project stages to successful implementation.
Skilled in risk, budget, and change management.
Collaborative approach with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and teams to define project scope, manage budget, timelines, and deliverables.
Conducts post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
