iO associates are partnering with FibreCoat, a specialised materials company who are looking for a People and Culture Manager to join their site in Aachen.

FibreCoat is at the forefront of the R&D and production of innovative coating technology and provides their customers with specially produced materials that can be used in a diverse range of applications.

This pivotal role will focus on defining and improving the client's organisational culture, driving their people strategy, and ensuring the workforce is engaged, diverse, and well-supported.

Requirements:

• Passion for people management and building a thriving workplace culture
• Experience in HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• More junior profiles may be considered for this role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an innovative people and culture strategy.
• Design and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, diversity, and inclusion.
• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee development, career progression, and oversee compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR laws, regulations, and policies
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on people and culture trends and issues
• Collaborate effectively with other departments including marketing, finance, and operations.
