Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh (hybrid)

Here at iO we have another position with a defense consultancy who are on the look out for a Procurement Manager to join their growing team. The Procurement Manager is an essential hire for the team and will be involved in a variety of exciting upcoming projects and end-to-end strategic procurement.

The role will be hybrid based out of my client's Office, in either Glasgow or Edinburgh depending on which office is closest to yourself, alongside a salary of up to £60,000.

Your role will involve the delivery of end-to-end procurement processes whilst being involved with high functioning contract services teams.

If you have the following experience,

• Strong history of delivering end to end procurement projects, whilst running high functioning teams
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy and business acumen
• Strong professional experience across multiple sectors, e.g. utilities, defence & transport or public sector experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement expertise and adaptable approach
• Holding an industry recognised qualification, i.e. CIPS, OJEU or MCIPS
• Eligible to gain SC
