Project Manager - Software

We are seeking a Project Manager for an established IT solutions provider based in any location with in Switzerland.

You will be responsible for leading a solution provides, develop and operate suitable software solutions for a growing number of customers. With your experience in managing projects, which is available across the cross-cutting issues of the entire area, you have come to the right place!

Salary around 130k CH

Your area of ​​responsibility

• Management of demanding customer and internal projects in the area
• Management of strategic projects if suitable
• Management of the interdisciplinary project teams and their controlling
• Responsible for policies, tools and methodologies, budget and quality
• Responsible for internal and external presentation and representation of the projects

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Many years of experience in the independent project management of customer projects ranging in size from 2000-3000 hours or project duration of several years
• Accustomed to taking on representational responsibility and communicating in a way that is appropriate to the addressee (internal/external stakeholders: steering committee, clients, suppliers)
• Experience from public administration and/or transformation projects desirable
• Degree at FHS level or comparable IPMA, PMI or Hermes certification
• Strong ability to deal with conflict
• Precise, structured way of working
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
