iO associates are looking for a Service Delivery Manger to join a team to help deliver services in a small SME into a large public body.

Service Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

Rate: £500 (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Location: London (Hybrid)

*Due to the nature of the project, this role requires active SC Clearance*

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the service delivery team to ensure the services meet the client expectations.
Comply with contractual agreements and SLAs, while keeping management and stakeholders informed about service delivery performance.
Build strong relationships with the government end client and other stakeholders
Monitor service performance and identify any opportunities for enhancement.
Provide advice and support to the service delivery team where needed, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
Certifications such as ITIL and experience working in SIAM and agile environments.
Solid understanding of service delivery principles and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
