Technical Support Engineer (SC Cleared)

Are you a Technical Support Engineer with experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including network configurations and have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments?

iO Associates are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to resolving communications and integration issues, as well as configuring devices and operating systems. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for internally communicating issues to a sufficient standard to facilitate product development and also resolution of highly complex issues.

*You must be holding an active SC Clearance*

Requirements:

Holding active SC Clearance.
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Hold a relevant degree or have significant experience.
Hold a relevant degree or have significant experience (Desirable)
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus (Desirable)
