Role Overview: As a crucial member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• System Analysis: Expertly analyze business processes, data, functions, and environments.
• Requirements Definition: Determine functional and non-functional system requirements, ensuring compliance with availability, security, and performance standards.
• Modeling: Establish data, function, and object models to guide development efforts.
• Design and Development: Select appropriate methods, techniques, and tools for software development, creating and maintaining software applications, components, and modules.
• Environment Setup: Set up and manage development and testing environments, collaborating on integration testing.
• Documentation: Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, including templates, interface descriptions, test procedures, and user manuals.
• Error Resolution: Analyze and eliminate software errors in production applications, implementing change requests.
• Continuous Improvement: Design and implement software enhancements throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Angular Mastery: Extensive experience with Angular, ranging from Angular 2 to the current Version 16.
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to act as a Tech Lead, supporting and guiding junior teams.
• Clean Code Advocate: Passion for promoting good practices, clean code, and technological excellence.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Java/Spring is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• German and English fluent - French is a big plus
