I am working with a client in the Fintech space, who has won several awards including BusinessCloud's FinTech 50, to find a Senior Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis due to their growing customer base. My client works across multiple sectors, providing software solutions for businesses rebate programs, including retail, distribution, and manufacturing clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a company that is continually growing. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial planning and so, a background in finance would be beneficial. You will also need to have:

Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Proficient in SQL and skilled in database management.
Outstanding communication skills, particularly in client interactions.
Technically adept, capable of collaborating effectively with development teams.
Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with robust organisational and problem-solving skills.

The role will be varied but you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients' business operations and financial complexities and our SaaS technical solutions. You will contribute to translating the platform's technical capabilities into product and feature concepts in collaboration with the product team.
