Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer specialising in Data or Business Intelligence to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a busy environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma level certification in a relevant IT field like Data or Business Intelligence.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving prowess to tackle complex challenges efficiently.
  • Experience in working within an agile development environment, utilizing Kanban/Scrum boards, along with tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian's Jira.
  • Proven commercial experience and strong understanding of React, Next.Js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Git, HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, GitHub.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions.
  • Utilise agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable front-end applications using React, Next.Js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Implement best practices for version control, code reviews, and continuous integration using Git, GitHub, and related tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and provide technical guidance and support.
