iO Associates are currently seeking a systems software architect consultant with experience specifically around reviewing and assisting in bid submissions for defence. This is an initial 3 month stream of work on a new electronic warfare programme for a globally respected defence firm, growing at an astonishing speed.

The role will involve stepping into a new bid submission at final stages, focusing on reviewing the hardware to enable you to aide the bid in advising of software delivery and bid requirements. You'll be playing a key role in defining the software needs of this bid from a time, resource and cost perspective.

You will ideally have a strong software, systems and technical background and more recently have moved into high level architecture/Bid writer type positions. You will also ideally have experience of OMG DDS.
