As a Technology Solutions Delivery & Support Team Leader, you'll lead with industry-leading technical expertise and lead efforts to tackle their clients' toughest challenges and drive transformational activities. Your role will involve growing and developing technical capabilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and support.

Your day to day will be varied but you can expect to:
Lead and empower the Solution Delivery & Support team
Develop team capabilities to meet current and future demands
Contribute proactively to strategic objectives
Manage team resourcing, recruitment, and deployment
Provide technical leadership and support for projects
Support sales and business development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant field such as defence or aerospace, alongside a proven track record in the commercial sector and broad professional experience in Solution Delivery & Support.

To excel in this role you will have:

Extensive consultancy and/or implementation experience
Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
Growth mindset with a determination to overcome challenges
Excellent consulting and delivery credentials
Strong technical capability in service architecture, delivery management, and IT systems
Track record of growing capability and leading diverse teams

This is a really exciting opportunity to join my client on a permanent basis and contribute to their market leading plans. This role comes with a salary of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience AND a fantastic benefits package including; health care plans, fitness funding, flexible holiday and generous pension contributions.
