Experience and qualifications:

• To assist in the teaching and learning of kids while working under the class teacher's close supervision.
• Engaging in activities with kids in small groups or one-on-one settings to support their physical, emotional, and academic growth in a secure setting, typically with a teacher present.
• Following the teacher's instructions when observing, rating, and documenting students' work.
• Assisting and counselling new helpers
