Test Manager - Capital Markets

Test Manager - Capital Market Experience Required

Currently I am looking for a Test Manager who has worked within the Capital Markets space. The role will be initially 6 months and can pay up to £500 a day outside IR35. You will be required to work onsite in London 50% of the time.

The skillset is as follows;

• Test Manager with Capital Markets experience
• This will be Hybrid working, onsite in London
• Extensive experience of leading testing in a complex environment including knowledge of environments- data and user access
• Team leadership skills
• leading a team of engineers across workstreams
• Ability to co-ordinate and motivate a team remotely
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal Strong stakeholder management experience including to senior levels
• Client relationship building
• Ability to identify and assist in developing new opportunities with the client
• Collaborative working with third party development teams
• Presentation skills Excellent reporting / management information skills
• Experience in managing a budget and tracking burndown
• Time management across a team
• Understanding of the application of automation in supporting a testing strategy
• Experience in leading
• System Testing Experience in leading Integration
• Testing Experience in leading Business Process Testing (or User Acceptance Testing)
• Issue management and resolutions

The clients are looking for asap start dates, so ensure you will need to be immediately available or coming to an end of your contract. Potentially short notice periods could be looked at.
