An experienced Research Engineer is required to join an amazing aerospace and defence technology innovator delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs. This part of the company provides advanced defence and commercial technologies across cyber security, cryptography, and electronic warfare domains.

The Research Engineer will be developing custom software systems and applications, in limited or multi-platform environments and will require the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of C/C++ and Python
• iOS system-level development experience
• Experience with x86/x64-based and arm/aarch64 multiprocessor system architecture.

This role provides an opportunity to work on the very latest cryptographic communications technologies, whilst working on the full systems lifecycle of a complex mix of hardware and software.
