On the 15th of April 2023, iO Associates will have the amazing opportunity of sponsoring The Gen Dit Networking Event in Bristol, Ashton Gate.

The Gen Dit Network is a group based on LinkedIn that is very simply a safe space for anyone that is leaving the Military to find help and advice. In the group are veterans that have been through the resettlement process, recruiters and veteran-friendly businesses that offer employment, and a whole range of other people that simply want to help the ex-forces community.

This Gen Dit Networking event in Bristol is the physical manifestation of the group. It is a day that the creator of the network Chris Shaw has organised to help the resettlement journey. There are opportunities for free headshots, free advice and a trial interview by recruitment experts for Military Personnel that haven’t had an interview in 20 years, or maybe never had an interview! For our Consultants, there will be an ample audience of SC/DV candidates and clients to create connections with as well as free food offered all day to those who attend.
