1st Line & 2nd Line Support Engineers - Oxford

1st & 2nd Line Support Engineers are urgently wanted by a renowned organisation in Oxford. The company has experienced a lot of success in recent years, allowing them to increase their headcount by 33% as well as being the fifth time we are recruiting for them this year!

Due to its multiple offices and users being scattered across the local area, this is a company who heavily invests within its technology. Making sure daily opertional performance isn't affected!

The 1st Line & 2nd Line Support Engineers we seek require good Office 365 experience, preferably Support Engineers who hold a background in Microsoft environments.

Other knowledge can include Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Teams etc.

Dependent on your level of IT support, we are open to both entry level candidates and professionals with 1-5 years' experience. If your experience exceeds this limit, great we'll be keen to speak with you as well!!
