IO Associates are helping a law firm in Bristol who need a number of Service Desk Analyst to join them on a permanent basis

1st Line Support

Location: Bristol
Salary: Between £20-24k per annum (Dependant on experience)

We are looking for IT Service Desk Analysts with proven 1st line Support experience who can offer excellent customer service skills, in particular those who can deliver updates whether they be positive, negative or indifferent amongst the ticketing process.

This law company, whose headquarters are in Bristol, is looking for an individual to support them in their rapid growth.

What experience are we looking for?

- Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk.
- Customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting skills.

The company are still business as usual and are all set up to do interviews remotely via video link, once successful they will get you started ASAP!
