1st / 2nd Line Support - Leeds - 3-Month Contract - OUTSIDE IR35

iO Associates are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support to join my client for an intial 3-month contract role (OUTSIDE IR35) offering a competitive day rate for an immediate start. The client is looking for someone to start immediately and help with their IT Support for the client's offices spread across Leeds. You will be need to able to drive and have access to a car, as you'll be asked to visit a number of client sites across Leeds (all travel will be expensed). This role is for someone fairly Junior - 2+ years experience is required with the tech listed below and you must be able to drive.

You must have experience with the following:

• 1st / 2nd line support roles
• Office 365
• Sharpoint
• Exchange
• Azure / AWS - some understanding
• Able to take service desk calls
• Microsoft intune
• Good communication skills
