2nd Line Support Analyst
Would you be interested in working for an internationally scaling business who are using technology to transform healthcare? The prospective Support Analyst will be a vital addition to the London team, collaborating with colleagues worldwide and taking charge of the following:
  • Purchasing and laptop installations
  • Software updates
  • Troubleshooting
  • Staff onboarding

Essential criteria:
  • 2-3 years professional experience working in the office environment
  • Solid knowledge across both Mac & Windows OS
  • Good expertise across Google workspace, Zoom and Office 365
  • Good organisational and documentation skills
  • BSc or equivalent in a Computer Science related qualification
The business is keen to appoint a skilled 2nd Line Support Analyst before 2022 and interviews will be arranged at short notice. Salary is negotiable (DoE) and this role will be predominantly remote.
