iO Associates are working with an one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the UK. They are currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to help them in their continued growth.

This company is well-known for its innovative approach to technology, and it top quality training and development. They work heavily with Azure, and although no cloud experience is required for this role, you will recieve training in Azure technology.

Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + market-leading benefits

*Any experience in an MSP is highly advantageous*

In this role you will handle escalations from first line support, providing an excellent level of customer support.

As the company continues to grow, you will be involved in small to medium-sized projects as required by the IT Support Manager.

This role will involve working with:

  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Windows

Requirements: Proven experience in a second line role. Experience in all the above technology isn't needed. Rather, this company is looking for someone who learns new technology quickly.
