This super sociable company have created a brand-new 2nd Line Support Engineer position due to their extraordinary growth.
Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Car allowance
This 2nd Line Support Engineer will have a lot of contact with clients either face to face or over the phone. This will be a varied role where you will really need to roll your sleeves up with a variety of technology.
You can expect HUGE growth over the next year; the company has had a really successful last 18 months and this is only set to continue. This offers a fast-paced, varied working environment, and rapid progression.

- IT support to clients
- Diagnose hardware and software faults
- Software/hardware installations and equipment deployments
- Install, configure, monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Office 365
- Azure and AWS (experience not mandatory)
- Networking (experience not mandatory)
