2nd Line Technical Engineer

iO Associates are working with an international company who are on the lookout for a 2nd Line Technical Engineer in their Bristol office.

The Bristol office has huge plans for growth; this role will join a small and rapidly growing team to work on a variety of issues on the company's cloud-based systems.

Role: 2nd Line Technical Engineer

Location: Central Bristol

Duration: 6-month FTC initial

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 pro rata + benefits

The intention is for this to transition to a permanent role at the end of the six months.

This role will involve liaising with companies and so will have a client-facing element.

Technically, this role will involve working with:

• Office 365
• Azure
• DNS
• Mail filtering

The role's responsibilities involve:

• Resolving technical cases
• Liaising with higher tier engineers for escalations
• Act as the point of escalation from First Line Engineers
