2x Microsoft 365 Technical Consultants urgently required by people-centric technology business in Reading.

As a MS365 Technical Consultant, your responsibility will be delivering elegant solutions built upon the Microsoft 365 cloud platform (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform), engaged within full lifecycle projects.

Your working time will be spent between working from home, Reading HQ, and customer sites around the UK.

How your day(s) will look:

• Arranging and conducting workshops, capturing customer requirements, and designing Microsoft 365 solutions & architecture.
• Designing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Overseeing M365/Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Training users via video conference and workshops.
• Building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Mentoring team members.

Essential skills & experience required:

• An understanding of key components of Microsoft 365 including Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
• Experienced in designing and leading solutions using Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
• Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to aid with solution design decisions and requirements capture.
• Experience of leading project teams in close collaboration with clients.
• Experience of taking overall accountability for client outcomes and direction.
